GridLoop.ai

Our own venture — custom AI that gives executives their time back, and a platform built to be the demonstration of what web and digital automation can actually do.

The GridLoop interface on a dark monitor in a dim room, orange UI accents catching the light. Systems-integration register rather than startup-office — no people, no open plan, no laptops on a beanbag.

A sideline, and we say so

GridLoop is a venture Tyler and Manqoba run alongside the agency. It is on this site because we own it and can therefore publish how it is built in a detail no client NDA would permit — not because it is bigger than the client work. It is labelled as a venture everywhere it appears, deliberately.

02

What an executive actually loses

Not the hard problems. The repeated ones — the daily and weekly tasks that are individually small, resist delegation because they need judgement, and are too specific to any one business for off-the-shelf software to have anticipated. There is no product for them because every instance is different, which is exactly why they never get solved.

03

Buying the time back

So the work is ideation before it is engineering: understand a specific person’s specific week, find the tasks worth automating, and build custom AI solutions for them. Not a template with the logo changed. The unit of delivery is one executive’s recovered hours, which is a harder thing to sell and a much easier thing to prove.

The built-in tools and calculators on the live platform — capture the real interface at full width. The point is that it does something in the browser rather than describing what it could do.

From one task to one system

It expanded on its own. Solve enough individual tasks for a business owner and the next question arrives unprompted: can these systems talk to each other. So GridLoop grew into integration — bringing the tools an organisation already runs into one place, for management and oversight rather than for novelty. That progression, task to system, is the same one we describe on the automation side of the agency, arrived at from the other direction.

Diagram titled Task to system. Five systems a business already runs — CRM, email and calendar, finance and invoicing, documents and storage, operations tooling — connect across to three returns: automated task execution, one place to manage it, and oversight across all of it, which is highlighted.
05

The platform is the argument

GridLoop is also a working demonstration. Tools and calculators that run in the page, full AI integration, CRM wired through — built so that the answer to "what is possible with web and digital automation" is a link rather than a description. An agency that sells automation and cannot point at something automated is asking for trust it has not earned.

06

And it is corporate now

What started as a sideline for individual executives has established itself in the market through corporate solutions. That is worth saying plainly rather than dressing up: the thesis held at a scale we did not initially aim at.
