futr.co.za continues to serve the South African market. futragency.com exists because of something we kept noticing in international work: the gap between what a project costs in London or New York and what it actually requires is enormous, and very little of that gap is skill. It is structure — account layers, project coordination, floor space, the new-business machine. All of it recovered on every invoice.
We are built the other way round. Two technical owners who do the work, a specialist network engaged per engagement, and the coordination absorbed by our own systems rather than billed as hours. The people who pitch are the people who build, because there is nobody else for it to be.
Costing less is a consequence of that structure. It is not the pitch, and it does not appear before the work does.
Your sentence goes hereThe moment you decided to go international — a specific project or conversation, if there was one.
A named trigger beats a stated ambition. Kahindo, Bahati and nogrowus are all New York brands already on the record if one of those was the turning point.
